By booking with PhotoBooth Downey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations & Payments
- A minimum deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your event, prior to setup of the photo booth.
- All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover administrative and preparation costs.
Supervision of Minors
- For the digital photo booth, any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied at the booth by a parent,
legal guardian, or responsible person aged 14 or older.
- We are not responsible for supervising children at events.
Damage & Liability
- Any intentional or accidental damage caused to the photo booth, equipment, or props by guests will be the
financial responsibility of the person who booked the event.
- You agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment.
- We reserve the right to stop services early if guests are behaving in a way that endangers the equipment or
staff.
Outdoor Events & Weather
- If your event is held outdoors, you must provide a safe, level, and dry area for the booth setup.
- In the event of rain or other unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to shut down and pack up the
booth to prevent equipment damage and safety risks.
- If the booth must be shut down due to weather, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on
how much of the service was already provided.
Photos & Content
- Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to use photos or videos taken at your event for
promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, or advertising).
- We will never sell or misuse your personal information or event details.
Additional Terms
- You are responsible for ensuring that the venue allows and provides sufficient space, power, and access for
the booth.
- We are not liable for delays or inability to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our control,including but not limited to: venue restrictions, power outages, extreme weather, or other emergencies.
